My Kidney Transplantation

I am a Filipino a father of 1 child, working in Riyadh Saudi Arabia up to April 2017. I have CKD or kidney failure. My Company told me to stop working and they will send me home. But until today August 27, 2017, they did not send me home, I have been staying here depending on the help of my co-filipino friends. I have no work for 5 months now. I survive only because of the free dialysis from Government at food given by my friends. I needed money for my operation amounting to 7000USD so that I can go home and have my kidney transplanation done.
